Terms and Conditions for Community Showcase Banners Inc.

Welcome to Community Showcase Banners Inc. (“CSB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of our website (https://communityshowcasebanners.com) and your purchase of banner sponsorships and related services.
By placing an order on our website, you (“Sponsor”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with your order.
1. Services Provided
CSB provides custom decorative banner sponsorships, including the following services:

Customization of sponsor-provided logos according to our Logo Layout Parameters.

Graphic design and proofing.
-
Banner production, manufacturing, and installation on specified street lamp locations.

Maintenance and replacement of banners during the agreed-upon display period.
Sponsors acknowledge that the primary purpose of banners is to promote community beautification and civic pride, not commercial advertising. Contact information (e.g., phone numbers, websites) and calls to action are prohibited on banners.
2. Logo Layout Parameters
Sponsors agree to submit logos in vector file formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf). If unavailable, high-resolution bitmap files (.jpg, .png) are acceptable. CSB reserves the right to reject low-quality submissions.
Sponsors may include additional elements such as:

QR Codes.

Slogans or taglines.

Representative’s name and photo (must meet quality standards).

Year established or years celebrated in the community.
Unlimited revisions are provided until final artwork approval. Once approved, no further changes are permitted.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Initial Sponsorship Payments: All sponsorship orders require full payment at checkout unless a monthly payment plan is selected.
3.2. Monthly Payment Plans: Sponsors selecting a monthly payment plan agree to a 12-month minimum sponsorship term. Early cancellations are subject to penalties outlined in Section 4.
3.3. Renewal Payments: Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected payment plan (monthly or annual). Renewal reminder emails are sent 14, 7, and 3 days before billing. Sponsors are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information to receive these reminders.
3.4. Non-Refundable Fee Enforcement: If the initial payment made by the sponsor is less than the non-refundable fee of $200, CSB reserves the right to charge the sponsor’s payment method on file for the balance required to meet this fee. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions at checkout, sponsors explicitly authorize this charge.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Non-Refundable Fees: A $200 non-refundable fee applies to all sponsorships to cover initial graphic design and administrative costs. Refunds are further subject to a $50 administrative processing fee. Merchant service fees (3% of the transaction amount) are non-refundable.
4.2. Refund Schedule:

75% Refund: If the proofing process has begun but no final approval is given.

50% Refund: If the proof is approved but banners are not yet printed.
-
No Refund: Once banners are printed or installed.
4.3. Renewal Orders with No Artwork Submitted: Sponsors who request to cancel a renewal order before submitting artwork are eligible for a full refund minus the $50 administrative fee and 3% merchant service fee. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.
5. Cancellation and Penalties
Sponsors who cancel a monthly payment plan before completing the 12-month term agree to:

Pay the difference between the total amount paid and the full upfront cost of the sponsorship package.

Forfeit any refunds for payments already made.
6. Artwork and Production Timeline
Artwork must be submitted by sponsors within 14 days of order placement. CSB commits to providing proofs for review within 7 business days of receiving all required materials. Production and installation are typically completed within 4-6 weeks of proof approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
CSB is not liable for:

Damages caused by weather, vandalism, or unauthorized removal of banners.

Losses incurred due to delays caused by sponsors’ failure to provide required materials on time.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sponsorship agreement.
8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York State. CSB reserves the right to select an alternative jurisdiction if necessary.
9. Force Majeure
CSB is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Agreement to Terms
Sponsors must agree to these Terms and Conditions at checkout before placing an order. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable. By completing your order, you waive any rights to challenge the validity of this Agreement.
Community Showcase Banners Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
